This repository uses separate noncommercial licenses for software code and for
visual assets/documentation.

1. SOFTWARE CODE

Unless a file says otherwise, the program code in this repository is licensed
under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. The complete terms are in:

LICENSES/LICENSE-CODE.md

The public license permits noncommercial use, study, modification, and
redistribution. It does not grant permission for commercial use, paid
distribution, resale, commercial hosting, inclusion in a paid product or
service, or other use primarily intended for commercial advantage or monetary
compensation without Sui's prior written permission.

2. VISUAL ASSETS AND DOCUMENTATION

The interface design, written documentation, and the selection, modification,
compositing, arrangement, and post-processing contributed by Sui to project
visual materials are licensed, only to the extent Sui owns or is entitled to
license those rights, under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-
ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). Project image materials were
generated with OpenAI GPT-IMAGE-2 and then modified, composited, and integrated
by Sui using Adobe Photoshop CS. Full scope and attribution terms are in:

3. PROJECT IDENTITY

The names “Internal Beyond”, “Infernal Beyond”, “IB”, the project logo, the
name “Sui”, and other source-identifying marks are not licensed as trademarks.
No permission is granted to impersonate the official project, imply
endorsement, or present a modified copy as an official release.

4. THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS

Third-party libraries, fonts, trademarks, model names, and other third-party
materials remain subject to their own terms. These licenses cover only material
that Sui has the right to license.

5. COMMERCIAL PERMISSION

Any commercial use requires a separate written license from Sui. A download,
Fork, Star, contribution, or prior noncommercial permission is not commercial
authorization.

6. EFFECTIVE DATE AND EARLIER RELEASES

This license arrangement applies to the current repository version and later
versions published with these files from 2026-07-25 onward. Copies of earlier
versions that were lawfully obtained remain governed by the license included
with those versions.

THE SOFTWARE AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
